To extend: On August 1, during a working visit to Russia, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko made a call at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In a video, widespread in one of the Russian Telegram channels, Lukashenko, talking about the offensive of the Russian army, stated: "Break, they will capture and go on. During the negotiations, Lukashenko made a number of statements by supporting the Kremlin's policy on Ukraine. According to RIA Novosti, the Belarusian leader emphasized that: Lukashenko also commented on the pace of the Russian army, explaining that Putin was "pity people", so it "acts slowly but confidently. " The topic of US participation did not miss his attention: "If Trump wants peace, he must get involved in the process, not indicate.

" In addition, Lukashenko once again stressed that "no one will kneel Minsk and Moscow. " It is worth noting that during a conversation with journalists, Alexander Lukashenko also criticized the ultimatums of US President Donald Trump, which he put forward Putin. In particular, it was a proposal to conclude a peace agreement with Ukraine first in 50 days, and then - until August 8. "There are 50, 60, 10 days - this is not done so.

Earlier, Focus wrote, during the meeting, the Russian President also stated that Moscow is not refusing to negotiate and is ready to wait if Kiev believes that it is not time for dialogue. He called negotiations, especially if the goal is peaceful settlement. In addition, he commented on the preliminary agreements reached in Istanbul negotiations, including the exchange of prisoners and bodies of the dead.

According to him, Russia for humanitarian reasons has handed over the bodies of fallen soldiers to Ukraine, receiving fewer bodies of its military. He also hinted that the achievement of peace requires not public statements, but deep and subject discussions.
