Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov stated that the city is under a massive rocket attack. "There was a series of explosions in the city and there are still ballistics outputs. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synigubov noted that the occupation troops had caused at least seven blows to Kharkiv.
"After hostile blows, there were several fires, there is damage to civilian non -residential infrastructure," Synigubov wrote. He said that one of the hits was recorded in the Saltov district of Kharkiv. And later reported that a 39-year-old civilian was injured. Igor Terekhov noted that two more victims in serious condition in the same Saltov district. Closer to the half past seven in the morning, explosions began to be heard in other cities.
In particular, the focus correspondent reported two explosions at an interval of four minutes in Kremenchug. At 7 am the explosions were heard in the Dnieper. At the same time, Ukrenergo NEC reported that in Ukraine, the Russian attack was used in Ukraine. "In connection with a large -scale rocket attack, consumption restrictions have been taken," the message reads. The Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko stressed that the enemy is massively attacking energy.
