In the war against Russia, Ukraine used almost 40 specimens of artillery - the Ministry of Defense

Among the listed samples, the American HIMARS, Western Sau Caesar and PZH2000, as well as towed howls M777. From the beginning of the full -scale invasion of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has codified and allowed almost 40 samples of artillery weapons, including reactive systems, howitzers and mortars. This was announced on June 20 by the press service of the defense department.

It is noted that more than 10 of these samples have been codified since the beginning of 2024. At the same time, a considerable amount of new weapons of foreign production came to the Ukrainian units due to military-technical assistance of foreign partners. Among the codified and admitted to operation in the Ministry of Defense identified the following: jet systems of volley fire. Self -propelled howitzers. Towed howls.

Also, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry codified about one and a half dozen samples of mortars of different calibers. Almost half of them were adopted this year. Among the new mortars are both samples coming from foreign partners and products of domestic producers.
