"That is, this is not the Ministry of Defense of the aggressor state, not appropriate institutions, in particular, the humanitarian headquarters, which is responsible for the issue of prisoners of war, but in fact propaganda," Andrey Yusov said. The Ukrainian intelligence representative did not tell whether the lists published in the media. He said that commenting in Russian propaganda means to participate in the implementation of their operation.

"When such lists are officially reported, official comments will of course," Yusov added. On January 24, a military-transport aircraft of the Russian Federation IL-76 crashed in the Belgorod region. The Ministry of Defense of Russia stated that 65 Ukrainian soldiers were carried on the aircraft on board. Lists of people who were to be exchanged and who were on board were published in Russian media, but officially the Russian Federation did not do so.

After a plane crash, Russian Telegram channels began to publish a video from the scene. As the spokesman of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army "South" Sergey Bratchuk drew attention to the Russian version of the one who was on the plane, there are many inaccuracies.
