Mass shelling of Kiev: Russia stated that Nasams rocket was hit by Okhmatdita

The hostile Foreign Ministry recognized that the troops attacked the peaceful cities of Ukraine. However, the aggressor country assured that the air defense missiles were "getting out of the course" and one of them was allegedly hit by a children's hospital. In Russia, it was stated that the destruction of the Okhmatdit Children's Hospital in Kiev during a massive shelling of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was allegedly caused by NASAMS.

Such a version was voiced on July 9 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova. She confirmed that on July 8, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was hit by a "high range" in Ukraine. According to her, among the purposes were factories in Kiev, enterprises in the Dnieper, the plant in Kramatorsk and warehouses in Kryvyi Rih, and they were all amazed.

However, Zakharova assured that the missiles of the Ukrainian air defense were allegedly "gone from the course", and one of the "Okhmatdita" was hit by one of the NASAMS SCR. At the same time, the diplomat emphasized that there are a plant, the building of the Ministry of Defense and warehouses of the Armed Forces near the hospital. She accused Ukraine of placing air defense systems in residential quarters and using as a living shield of civilians.

"Attempts by Zelensky to use a tragedy with a children's hospital in Kiev for propaganda purposes again confirm its inhuman Nazi essence," Zakharova added. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the UN Council of Council is going to initiate an extraordinary meeting. He assured that Russia's statements about the destruction of "Ohmatdit" through air defense - a lie, and this is evidence. The SBU was informed that the X-101 rocket was hit by a children's hospital.

On the territory of Ohmatdita found fragments of the back of a rocket with a serial number and a part of the steering wheel. The Pentagon spokesman Pet Raider stated that Russia was not the first time hitting civilian objects in Ukraine. According to him, a massive shelling on July 8 is a reminder of why Ukraine needs to strengthen the air defense.
