The first explosions in the city were raised around 23:00, when the Air Force of the Armed Forces warned about the Shahamed movement in the northern, eastern, and central regions of Ukraine. Repeated explosions were heard in the city in half an hour and continued to sound after midnight. At the same time, the focus correspondent reported that electricity problems had begun in the city. However, closer to the second night, the explosions in Kremenchug began to subside.
A new wave of blows began after 2:10, when air alarm was announced throughout Ukraine. "All Ukraine is a rocket danger! The MiG-31K take off," the Armed Forces reported. During the air threat, explosions were heard not only in Kremenchug but also in Poltava. "The rockets west of Kryvyi Rih, a course on Kremenchuk," the Armed Forces said. And the monitoring telegrams channels claimed that Kremenchuk is under a combined attack of winged and aerobalist missiles.
The same night the sounds of explosions were heard in other Ukrainian cities, including in Kiev, but the capital's authorities immediately reported that the work of air defense. After the entire air alarm has begun throughout Ukraine, photos from Kremenchuk appeared on the network, which can see fires in the city. At the time of publishing the material, there was no information on the destruction and victims of the Russian combined attack in Ukraine.
