The cause of the anxiety were shock drones moving through the airspace of the region.

Soon the sounds of explosions were heard in the region. Telegram channels began to spread videos that have explosions and the work of the Russian air defense system are visible. The locals reported that they "hear the smell of gunpowder" after shelling. According to the governor of Samara region Vyacheslav Fedoryshchev, drones hit the enterprise located in the city of Chapayevsk. "The Armed Forces drones this morning attacked an industrial enterprise in Chapayevsk," the official said.

He also reported that there were no victims of drones. Also, according to Fedoryshchev, operational services work at the site of blows - they are engaged in elimination of fires resulting from shelling. At the same time, the Russian authorities have not yet voiced information. JSC "Promsynthesis" is the "successor of" Samara Sergievsky Factory of Explosives. It was founded in 1997.
