The blows were struck in the Dnipro Delta, which tried to move Russian boats until they dropped the explosives. The shots of the strikes were published in the Minister's Telegram. The post stated that the fighters of the special unit "A" of the SBU. For the attack, they used drones-Kamikadze "Bucephalus" of Ukrainian production, purchased at the expense of partners. The video is a picture filmed with a drone and a drone with explosives.

Fedorov also noted that directly on the battlefield was a test of a new design - an autonomous combat part with explosives. The test was successful, and he promised to tell the details later. It should be noted that in the evening report as of September 19, 2023, the General Staff of the Armed Forces stated that the offensive actions are currently taking place in two directions: near Bakhmut and in the direction of Melitopol. Meanwhile, there are no offensive actions in Kherson.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation beats on settlements located along the banks of the Dnieper: they fired at ten settlements, including Kherson and Antonovka. At the same time, on September 10, the OK "South" stated that there were "certain promotions" on the Kherson front of the front. Meanwhile, the Kherson Ova reported that they plan to evacuate families with children from settlements located in the reach of the Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was stated by OVA chairman Alexander Proudin: according to him, there are 30 settlements.
