I wish health, dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today we work in Frankivsk, in the Carpathian region. He was honored to visit our soldiers who were treated after injuries. He thanked them for the protection of the state, for power. And thank you for the chevrons, guys! I thanked our doctors, nurses - we are proud of our doctors, everyone who saves life. They held a meeting of the Congress of local and regional authorities of Ukraine in the Frankivsk.

Our communities, government officials, representatives of defense and security forces. Partners of Ukraine who cooperate with Congress. There was a very meaningful conversation. The first is energy, preparation for winter. Russian aggression has been bankrupt on the battlefield. Today is the 522nd day, as the so-called "special military operation" continues, which the Russian leadership calculated for a week or two. Ukraine is getting stronger.

Gradually, the war returns to the territory of Russia - to its symbolic centers and military bases, and it is an inevitable, natural and absolutely fair process. But we should be aware that both last year and this winter, Russian terrorists can still beat our energy, critical objects. Today we have discussed the current state of preparation of all possible scenarios with the communities.

They also discussed the issues of urgent reconstruction, including energy, various systems of living in communities. Odesa, our southern districts, Kharkiv, regions of the west of our country, the border of the northern regions. It is very important that local authorities all over the country right now - in the summer and in September - be the most active in everything that should be done until the cold months of the year. Budget issues - discussed.

With target subsidies from the state budget - the volume that is not enough - government officials will help. Many other community issues are capable of closing their own expense and working with extrabudgetary resources. People see who is engaged in paving instead of helping the soldiers who are spent on the bottle farms instead of drones for the front, who is invested in approximate firms, and not in the reconstruction of hospitals and rehabilitation of soldiers.

The number one priority is the defense, protection of the state and people. I am sure everyone on the ground heard it. Shelter and fortification, assistance of brigades, assistance to heroes, protection of displaced persons - all of which are resources in local authorities. By the way, the involvement of churches here, in the Frankivsk region, is very important. Assistance to displaced persons, families of warriors, medical fields. This makes the Ukrainian social fabric stronger.

I thank the local authorities in the Carpathian region and in other regions for the support of the work of enterprises, including relocated. Every workplace, every Ukrainian product, and especially a defense product, is the approach of our victory. And a few more things. They presented our work on the formula of peace, security guarantees for Ukraine for the time before NATO accession, negotiations with the Alliance and the European Union.

People need to understand the details of our international policy, and there is a part in which they can help. In particular, in order that the People's Deputies of Ukraine have a noticeable incentive to work for the necessary decisions of Ukraine. All the laws that need to open negotiations with the European Union should be adopted. And if someone is not ready in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to work positively - or they have to understand what it will be a negative for them in their communities.

And they must feel the right attitude towards themselves: either they are for Ukraine or they will be difficult in Ukraine. And, of course, advanced. Thank you all for this day at the front is a good day, a powerful day.
