"Need Time": The Russian Federation should turn the bodies of prisoners if they were on Il-76-ICCH (video)

When the Russian Federation returns the bodies of people who seem to have died on board IL-76, you first need to carry out an examination and accurately establish a person, explained a spokesman for the Red Cross delegation in Ukraine. The Russian authorities should contact the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICCH) to return the bodies of prisoners who could die on the IL-76 plane. There were no relevant appeals to the international organization.

A spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine Oleksandr Vlasenko told about the situation regarding the bodies of fallen Ukrainians in a comment for Radio Liberty. Oleksandra Vlasenko answered the question of the journalist Radio Liberty, who asked if the Russian authorities asked the Red Cross to return people from people from IL-76. The ICCH spokesman replied that the Russian side should indeed be relevant statements or signals.

According to him, such signals have not been received. According to Vlasenko, too little time has passed for such signals to appear. "Very little time has passed since there are such statements and signals. Usually, it has more time to pass for the parties to spend such an exchange. " Also, there was an explanation on whether it was possible to check that the transmitted bodies really belong to people with the names listed in the list.

Vlasenko stated that it is better to contact forensic experts to obtain such answers. The ICRC organization is exclusively engaged in the "facilitation" of the process, explained the representative of the organization. In order to return the body of a particular dead person, there must first a request from a relative. After that, the National Information Bureau is connected and then the return process is started, Vlasenko explained.

"We are involved simply at the time of the facilitation of this exchange process between one and the other. And what happens next: whether there are any forensic examination or there is a certain analysis there is better to ask forensic experts. " It should be noted that on January 24 in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation crashed a military-transport aircraft IL-76.

The video from the scene, it is evident that the plane took off at the time of the incident and then fell in the middle of the field near the village of Yablunovoy 100 km from the Ukrainian border. After that, Russian propagandists stated that Ukrainian captives were on board. However, the situation was analyzed by experts who noticed inconsistency in the version of representatives of the Russian Federation. Among other things, there was no video and photos of evidence of a large number of dead.

OSINT analytics also found that Il-76 often made flights from Russia to Syria and vice versa. Representatives of the Armed Forces reported that the C-300 missiles could be on board the aircraft, which the Russians fired Kharkiv. We would like to remind you that on January 27, the Coordination Staff on the Defense of Prisoners of Pursuing stated that on January 24, the Russian side really planned to exchange Ukrainians from the list published by Russia.
