The politician called on Europeans to take a stringent position on Hungary Prime Minister Viktor Orban, noting that to prevent split in the EU, it is possible to deprive Budapest's right to vote. According to him, Hungary plays in the team of Putin and Orban could block the decisions of the European Union concerning security and foreign policy.

However, the European Union treaty provides for the possibility of withdrawing the right of voice of the Member State, if it jeopardizes the security of Europe, which is what Orban does,-said Tsakhkna. Moreover, in his opinion, the ability to apply this article is becoming closer. The head of the foreign policy department noted that Europe has frozen the money of the Russian Central Bank for the amount of $ 240 billion, and the decision to continue sanctions should be made every six months.

And if Hungary decides to block them in June, the EU will have to transfer Putin to this money, - the minister said. Therefore, that the heads of European states and governments do not have to explain to their citizens why they transfer Putin's money that he intends not only against Ukraine but also against the EU, these assets will have to confiscate. The minister stated that there is a legal opportunity for this.

"We must also guarantee that even if there is no unanimous decision, money will not be transferred. It is impossible to demand money from our taxpayers in support of Ukraine, not from Russia, which is the aggressor," the politician emphasized. We will remind, Hungary has promised to block the vote of the European Union on the continuation of sanctions against citizens of the Russian Federation involved in war and invasion of Ukraine.
