According to blogger Sergei Sternenko, Russian propagandists are happy because the United States has stopped assistance for Ukraine. Russian troops stated that the Russian Federation wants to make a mobilization resource for the future war with NATO. The corresponding video was published in X (previously Twitter) Ukrainian blogger Sergey Sternenko.

"Russian propagandists rejoice in suspension of US assistance and promise to use Ukrainians in the war against NATO countries in the event of victory," Sternenko wrote. In his post, he also mentioned the speaker of the House of Representatives of US Congress Mike Johnson. Published staff propagandists are called an experienced mobilization resource.
