They are not mobilized because they do not recruit fighters during martial law. Persons under 25 years who never have a conscript service can only mobilize at their own request. However, a man under 25 years of age, who has the status of a military personnel, is on military registration, can call the service.
Pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service", up to 25 years can mobilize to the ranks of the Armed Forces of men, who: Recall that on August 13, the People's Deputy from the "Voice" faction Ruslan Kostenko stated that he believed that the conscript age in Ukraine should be from 20 to 50 years. According to him, the problem is that the category of persons called to the Armed Forces is quite age.
