About which of the defenders is entitled to the appropriate additional payment and whether they can receive other payments have understood the Inform Army journalists. According to the law, an additional remuneration of 50 thousand hryvnias may be accrued to servicemen who perform combat (special) tasks in: the corresponding list of military administration bodies, approved by the commander -in -chief or the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
In order to receive a payment of 50 thousand hryvnias, the following conditions must be met at the same time: the military service and the headquarters of the military unit (consolidated unit) are provided with a supplement of 50 thousand hryvnias for the days of completion of tasks, starting on September 29, 2023, when Order No. 566 came into force. This additional remuneration is added to the salary and paid in the next month for which the supplement is made.
If servicemen in this category are involved in the tasks on the line of combat collision to the depth of the combat (special) tasks in the military unit (unit, in particular the consolidated) first echelon 100 thousand hryvnias per month, in proportion to participation in such actions and events.
