President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has awarded higher military and special titles and presented the shoulder straps to the military personnel of the defense forces and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The Head of State thanked the officers for the service and once again congratulated them on the Day of Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine, which the whole country celebrated on October 1. The President wished the servicemen and their families good health.

“I wish all of us, if not the fastest, it is definitely a powerful victory. Victory is the most important. Many events took place, a long time has passed, many families lost their loved ones, warriors. You know who stood next to you all this war, side by side. It is the victory that I wish you not to forget all those who gave their lives, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
