The Council urged Western allies to recognize the Russian Federation with sponsor of terrorism and exclude it from the UN

Russia, as stated in the document, cannot acquire the status of a state-man of the USSR and be a member of the UN. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the appeal to parliaments and governments of foreign states to recognize the Russian regime terrorist, and also substantiated the illegitimacy of the Russian Federation in the United Nations and the need to reform the UN. The statement during the Parliament, which took place on December 1, was supported by 314 deputies.

The document was proposed for adopting an initiative group of public hub "Down with Russia from the UN", and its text was developed with the direct participation of members of the initiative group - People's Deputy Dmitry Natalukha, Maxim Barishnikov and Yuriy Lutsenko.

It is worth noting that for the first time in history at the state level, Ukraine declared the illegitimacy of Russia's stay in the UN, since such previous statements were only from the permanent Ukrainian post -press in the organization of Sergei Kislytsya. The appeal, which is published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, says that Russia is in the UN on illegitimate conditions.

"Although Russia claims to continue membership of the USSR, on December 26, 1991, the Council of Republics of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR clearly noted that with the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the USSR as a state and a subject of international law ceases to exist, and therefore the Russian Federation cannot acquire the status of state -the Supplier of the USSR… The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine calls for immediate measures to eliminate the Russian Federation from the use of rights and obligations arising from the USSR membership in the UN.

To recognize the Russian Federation with a country-existence of terrorism and a state that uses the means ", - said in the appeal to parliaments and governments of foreign countries. A few days earlier, the US Ambassador to NATO Julian Smith warned that the White House did not plan to include Russia in the list of terrorism. Such actions, according to the diploma, can damage the provision of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
