The authors of the article indicate with reference to the German edition of Bild that uncontrolled flights of unknown drones were noticed over a non-working nuclear power plant, chemical plants and LNG-terminal in the industrial zone of Schleswig-Golstein. The speed of one of the UAVs marked was 100 km/h. It is assumed that these were Russian UAV-Spring "Orlan-10", launched from ships in the North Sea. The range of these drones is up to 600 km.
Experts have suggested that these incidents are an attempt to "feel" weaknesses in Germany to continue to carry out intelligence over other objects. These can be enterprises of the German defense-industrial complex or routes of supply of weapons that partners transfer to Ukraine.
"In general, these episodes - regardless of whether it were Russian drones or not - should be a reason to think at least the minimum cover of critical infrastructure with antitrone agents," - summed up in the publication. We will remind, earlier Focus wrote that Russian reconnaissance drones often penetrate the deep rear of Ukraine, identify the location of military objects and cite ballistic missiles.
They are especially dangerous for the frontline cities - Odessa, Kharkiv, Zaporozhye, Chernihiv, Dnipro and others. Acting in a working couple with long -range Iskander missile systems, such UAVs provide accurate hit by Russian shells. The representative of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Ignat also warned that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began to launch into the rear of Ukraine reconnaissance UAVs with a disconnected GPS signal.
