Not for conscripts, but for the military: the Ministry of Defense told about the application "Army+"

The application, the previous version of which will come out in the summer, will simplify the workflow and services for the military. The program will not have any documents of civilians. The Army+Army Aid will be released in the summer of 2024 and will allow you to enroll magazines and better provide services to the military. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chernnoroenko told the details about him.

The program is created together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Due to the secrecy of its development, there is a small circle of people. There are four teams, creating different functions. The legal department creates the legal and regulatory acts that are required to work. Business analytics choose which services to start first. A group of programmers directly develops the program, and cybersecurity professionals think about its protection.

The existing developments in the program are created by experts of the Ministry of Defense. However, the Ministry will continue to attract Ukrainian IT companies to develop. Earlier, the Defense Ministry spoke about some services that will be in the Army+. Among them are a complex knowledge base that will help the military in the service. Professional self -development will allow you to take training courses online.

There will also be reports and certificates of a serviceman in electronic form, which will make services and combat systems more accessible. There will also be feedback forms for a faster state response to certain issues. "We see" Army+"as a Super-APP for a military man who contains all the necessary services and fulfills all processes. One-STOP-SHOP, which embodies a radical change in the relationship between servicemen and the state," says Deputy Minister.

One-Stop-Shop is the concept of an environment where consumer receives everything you need in one place. Among the military conducted surveys to identify the most necessary services for implementation in the program. The first among them will be reports for vacations, annual and family circumstances, as well as a report on annual financial assistance for recovery. There will be more services in the future. The development has an online tracking feature of the status of the submitted report.

"The ministry will have some people who will support the" Army+", will collect and filter feedback. We are interested in getting real and objective reviews. The electronic certificate of the defender is the equivalent of a military ticket. The document will contain information about the title, position, unit of the military, etc.

It will act as well as a paper document. The electronic form will reduce the number of situations where identification is impossible due to the lack of a paper ticket. This document will not be in the Army+ - the program is intended for the military.
