"Law enforcement officers conducted searches at the location of production facilities, office premises of a group of companies and at the places of actual residence of the criminal offense involved. Financial and economic documents confirming trade in the Russian Federation were seized," the statement said. Currently, pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is being carried out on the absence of an aggressor state-Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
