The reason why it will continue is the true intentions of Vladimir Putin, which Western figures will not be considered for some reason, the institute emphasized. The ISW report explained that not so much with the concept of the event to complete the Russian-Ukrainian war. "Putin was solid and consistent in his final purpose to destroy the Ukrainian state and will not give up this purpose until he feels that he has reached," the ISW report concludes.
