During the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, 58 prisoners occurred...

When was the last exchange of prisoners with the Russian Federation and what is not so much with the "lists" of Moskalkova

During the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, 58 prisoners occurred. The latter is October 19. Then 95 Ukrainian military returned home from Russian captivity. On December 2, the Human Rights Commissioner in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova accused Ukraine of allegedly delaying the exchange of prisoners. She also published "lists" of Ukrainian prisoners of war out of 630 people who are allegedly disagreeing.

Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets denied this information and emphasized the readiness of the state to take away all its citizens from captivity and illegal maintenance. The "lists" of Moskalkova were analyzed in the General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.

The secretary of the coordination headquarters on the management of prisoners of war, the deputy chief of the GUR MO, brigade General Dmitry Usov stated that Ukraine did not receive any real proposals by official channels. "This game of the Russians is only in the public, and it is especially cynical. They manipulate the fate of people and the vulnerable position of relatives," he said. According to Usov, seven captured "lists" were already exchanged.

There are many mistakes in the names and dates of birth, among the names are fourteen civilians. "That is, Russian propagandists propose to change our ordinary citizens to their military, which is a violation of international humanitarian law," - said Deputy Chief of GUR MO. He is convinced that these "lists" and loud statements are intended only to loosen the situation and are an effort to discredit Ukrainian state bodies.

According to him, Ukraine receives real proposals from the Russian side only for the exchange of prisoners taken in the Kursk direction. And captive Russians from other regions are not interested in Russia. The last exchange of prisoners took place on October 19. 95 more defenders of Ukraine returned home. Among them were those who received the so -called "sentences" of the judicial system of Russia and were "convicted": 28 of them - up to a long time, and 20 - before life imprisonment.

National Guards, military sailors, Armed Forces soldiers, border guards and representatives of other security and defense units returned from Russian captivity. They defended Mariupol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Kherson region. This exchange became the 58th from the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. In total, 3767 people have been liberated.
