Elections during the War: Most Ukrainians believe that the Council should be re -elected - a survey

Most of the respondents believe that in the fall, elections to local councils and heads of communities should also be held. Most Ukrainians opposed the elections in the fall of 2023 in a war with Russia. This is evidenced by the data of a sociological survey of Active Group, published on August 7. Thus, 45. 5% of respondents opposed the elections and another 30. 8% answered - "rather no". At the same time 8% hesitated with the answer.

In addition, the respondents were offered to choose the authorities that should be re -elected in the next election (several options could be selected). Most respondents believe that the composition of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should be changed - 51. 9%voted for this. Also, almost half of the respondents believe that local councils and mayors should be selected - 45. 1% and 46. 2%, respectively. At the same time, 12. 2%voted for the re -election of the President. At the same time, 18.

6% of respondents believe that you need to leave everything as is. The survey was conducted from July 29 to August 4, it was attended by citizens of Ukraine aged 18 years. The sample was 600 respondents.
