The police Lieutenant Igor Pimenov, who in March 2023 came to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the village of Gornostaivka (located on the banks of the Dnieper north of New Kakhovka) admitted in his crimes.

On November 20, Pimenov, together with the other four Russians, tortured 27-year-old Ukrainian Ruslan Rusnak, who was a military man in the past.
