According to Alexander Kovalenko, a military-political observer of the Information Resistance group, the enemy can realize the tactics of late April 2023. This was reported in OBOZ. ua. "In 2023 (since the end of April), Russian occupation troops implemented such tactics-having previously accumulated rockets, and then stretching for a few months regular strikes every 2-3 days, but mainly limited ammunition,"-said Alexander Kovalenko.

He believes that occupiers can now implement similar tactics, but in the conditions of problematic accumulation of missiles and devastated warehouses with Soviet reserves. Kovalenko emphasized that the process of production of missiles the enemy did not show growth and remained at the level of last year's indicators: according to him, special alertness is caused by "calibers", since they have accumulated more than X-101/555/55 combined due to rare use.

The occupiers can also resume p-800 Onyx missiles. However, such attacks will not be widespread because of the limited possibilities of use of carriers ("caliber") and the number of launches ("Onyx"). Kovalenko noted that the Russians did not change the tactics of attacks in Ukraine. They have already tested a large number of options for increasing the efficiency of blows due to the breakthrough of the Ukrainian air defense.

In addition, the enemy strikes in the same category of objects - energy infrastructure, aerodromes, civilian objects. "Russia cannot fully catalyze terror against Ukraine because of the limited production and cumulative opportunities, which differ strikingly in 2024 from the period of 2022-2023," he added.
