Only those citizens aged 18 to 24 will be subject to mobilization to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who have no health problems that may interfere with combat missions, said the spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Dmitry Lazutkin. According to the spokesman, people who want to sign the "contract 18-24" will communicate with the authorized representatives of the Armed Forces Brigels.

"At first there will be an interview to understand the human psychotype, the motivation of the person, then there will be a medical examination," Lazutkin explained.
