Currently, information is established whether the goods will be detained, or will receive permission to leave the country. "This is the first time that the EU sanctions stopped the cargo at Finland," said Khamin-Kottok's Executive Director Kimmo Naski. It is known that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, which investigates this issue, received information about the transportation of fertilizers last week.

"In cooperation with the authorities, we found that there is a party of fertilizers on the ship, which is probably belonging to a person who is on the EU sanctions.
