Borrel opposed the ban on entry to the EU for all Russians

The head of the EU diplomacy Josep Borrel opposed the ban on entry to the EU for all citizens of the aggressor country of Russia. He expressed his opinion during a conference in Spain on Monday, August 22, Bloomberg reports. "To ban entering all Russians is not the best idea . . . We must be more selective," Borrel said.
