The head of the Ministry of Defense mentioned "partial mobilization" in the Russian Federation. According to him, from 300,000 mobilized half was aimed at supporting the Russian forces in the occupied territories of Ukraine, while the other half is more thoroughly prepared for participation in the future. "[Mobilized] requires at least three months of preparation, which means that the next wave of the offensive is planned, most likely, in February, like last year. This is their plan," Reznikov said.
