The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance Jens Stoltenberg said it was dangerous to underestimate the ambitions of the Russian Federation and directly President Vladimir Putin. The Secretary General said this at a business conference in Norway, Reuters reports.

According to him, the Russians have already shown their willingness to suffer from their country's military aggression against Ukraine. "They have shown great readiness to suffer losses and suffering," Stoltenberg emphasized. At the same time, according to NATO Secretary General, the Russian Federation does not shun its goals in Ukraine. "We have no signs that President Putin has changed his plans and goals in Ukraine. So it is dangerous to underestimate Russia," the politician added.
