Military engineers have launched a drone Phasa-35 into the stratosphere: no rocket (video) will collect it

This drone can now easily track the secret military goals of Russia or China, being unattainable for air defense and aircraft. British engineers from the famous BAE Systems have successfully completed the stratospheric testing of the Pseudo-Satellite Phasa-35, according to an official message on the company's website. In 24 hours, the drone Phasa-35 rose to a height of more than 20 km, reaching the stratosphere, and then successfully landed.

The most interesting thing about this drone is that its systems feed from solar panels, which means that it can stay in the sky as long as possible to sit for battery charging. Also in Phasa-35, which has a wingspan of 35 meters and the ability to carry 15 kg of amounts, use advanced technologies, including unique composites. Special energy consumption systems allow the drone to be charged in the daytime from the sun, and at night spend accumulated energy to continue flight.

Phasa-35 drone is planned to be used for various purposes. It can be useful for the military, as it can carry various equipment for reconnaissance hostile areas. Similarly, the drone can also be tracked by its territory to prevent the penetration of sabotage or terrorists into objects that are particularly protected. In this case, the drone is a cold air defense or enemy fighters: it flies so high that it cannot be knocked down.

Due to the peculiarities of the stratosphere, which contains very dense and discharged air, it cannot operate conventional air defense missiles or fighters. In addition, this unusual pseudo -satellite can be used for peaceful purposes. For example, it is capable of serving as a "flying base station" for mobile operators, helping to cover with cellular networks and a 5G internet inaccessible places in the mountains.

Of course, this drone will help to communicate in areas of natural disasters, for example. Phasa-35 is implemented in the new Center for Advanced and Development in the Bae Systems Aviation Sector, which is designed to provide UK and its allies of advanced combat aircraft aircraft. Since the United Kingdom is a reliable ally of Ukraine, Prasa-35 may appear in the Stratosphere of Ukraine. Earlier, Focus said that in the United States approached the creation of a jet drone of the future.
