According to Russia, the local prosecutor's office "took control of" the case of the Russian, who has fallen. The Samara's resident was accused of defilement of "burial places" after she jokingly "felt" the breasts of the statues and removed the video for her subscribers on Instagram.

According to Roszma, it is a 23-year-old Elena Agafonov, which is charged with Part 1 of Art. 244 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the placement of "obscene videos" on Instagram with the Volgograd monument. It took actions that are considered as desecration of "burial places" in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The prosecutor's office of the Volgograd region responded to the incident on July 23.
