According to the CEO of the company Alexander Mikheev, the automated complex was previously tested in combat conditions and is intended for counteraction to FPV-Drome, quadcopters or aircraft type. The new development will be in service with specialized units for counteracting drones. The goals in the new complex are revealed by a portable radar station 1L122-1e, which works in the L-band and can find targets in the air at a distance of 1-40 km and at a height of up to 10 km.

The accuracy is up to 100 m, at the same time a mistake of movement on azimut - not more than 0. 5 degrees, at an angle of place - 1. 5 degrees. The data is updated every 2-4 seconds. The information obtained is transmitted through the radio channel to the portable module of automated control - the tablet of the commander of the "antitrone" unit. The control module from the radar can be located at a distance of 5 km.

The targeting provides an individual set of operator automation: it includes specialized glasses with visualization, headset and communication. The target data is transmitted by the means of damage or suppression. The 9K333 willow MSR is stated as the main means of defeating the new complex. The system destroys targets at a distance of 500-6000 meters, at an altitude of 10 to 3500 meters, according to "Rosoboronexport".

The 9K333 "Willow" complex was previously completed with radar 1L122, and the "novelty" of the system lies in the "high level of automation" and the integration of portable antitrone complexes as a means of suppression.
