To return all prisoners of war and journalists from the Russian Federation: the Council turned to the world

The ruling of Parliament states that it is necessary to intensify international and national efforts and press on the Russian Federation to achieve the desired results.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to parliaments and governments of foreign states, as well as other international institutions and non -governmental organizations, calling for increased pressure on the Russian Federation to return to Ukraine all prisoners of war and other illegally detained in the Russian Federation of Ukrainians, including journalists. This was reported by the People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Voice faction Yaroslav Zheleznyak. 293 MPs voted in favor of 11034 Project.

The documents were made by representatives of most parliamentary factions. In particular, the Verkhovna Rada called on the international community to strengthen the efforts and promote the prosecution of all persons guilty of military crimes and crimes against humanity in the territory of Ukraine, including journalists.
