Russian media claim that drones launched from the territory of Chernihiv region. One of the UAVs was "planted" with the help of the systems of EWS in the territory of the plant "Glosseft-Janos". The Armed Forces launched 4 drones-Kamikadze on the Yaroslavl refinery, 900 km away from the border overcame only one. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel. The report states that the drones were launched from the territory of Chernihiv region of Ukraine.

The drone attacked the largest oil refinery of the Northern Region of Russia, located in Yaroslavl. According to the administrators of the Baza Telegram channel, the drone fell next to the Hydroccking Installation at the Slavneft-Janos plant at about 7 am in Moscow time. There are no victims as a result of the attack. The governor of the region Mikhail Yevreyev did not formally comment on the UAV attack on the refinery at the time of the material.
