Due to the significant shortage of both human and material resources, Russian invaders continue to resort to non -standard ways of replenishing them. This was reported by the General Staff in its morning summary as of Monday, September 19. 400 people were sent to strengthen the warring units from the Russian city of Tambov in Ukraine who are serving criminal offenses.
