After a series of explosions, thick dark smoke was raised into the sky. Ukrainian fighters successfully attacked the enemy in the temporarily occupied Melitopol. On the morning of September 19, at about 07:00, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the area of ​​temporarily occupied Melitopol. This was reported at the Center for Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces on Telegram.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the headquarters of the invaders near the temporarily occupied Melitopol," the message said. Ukrainian fighters posted a video that shows the smoke after shelling. Then a series of loud explosions is heard, after which the smoke becomes darker and thicker. In addition, they showed how the air target was running from the sky, with a whistle flew and "loud" hit the headquarters of the invaders.

On the morning of September 19, a series of explosions came in a temporarily occupied Melitopol. In the local telegram-channel "Ria-Melitopol" stated "Arrival" in the southwestern part of the city. In addition, the Melitopols observed gray smoke from the airfield. After the explosions in Melitopol, an active movement of hostile heavy equipment began. According to the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov, there were more than five explosions in the city, and Russian air defense did not have time to work.

The occupation administration of the city confirmed the explosions. According to them, the Russian air defense has shot down missiles, from the debris of which there was a fire in the non -working shop of the plant, and part of the debris fell into the field where the vegetation was burned. There are no victims, while Russian air defense allegedly was able to destroy four rockets over Melitopol.
