Could carry 480 tons of cargo: what is known about the VDC "Minsk", which was attacked in Sevastopol

The Russian ship is intended for landing on the shore or transportation of goods. Minsk could be struck to break the enemy's logistics. On the night of September 12 to September 13, a rocket stroke was struck in Sevastopol. Among other purposes was a large landing ship (VDK) "Minsk". Focus understood that it is known about Russian products in the bay of the Ukrainian city. The Minsk VDC is a project of the project 775, which was created during the USSR. It was built on Polish ship sticznia polnocna.

A total of 28 ships were built on this project. "Minsk" was armed with the Baltic Fleet of the Russian Federation in 2000. Shortly before the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the Kremlin threw 3 VDCs into the Black Sea for landing.

One of the project 775 can carry one of the variants of cargo: the Babel edition received confirmation from the representative of GUR Andriy Yusov, which as a result of the attack was affected by the VDC "Minsk", diesel-electric submarine "Rostov-on-Don" and Sevastopol Sea. We will remind, on September 13, the Commander of the Air Force hinted that Ukrainian pilots were a successful blow.
