Russian war crimes. The Victor Pinchuk Foundation opened an exhibition at the Ukrainian Institute of America in New York

After a successful exhibition in the Russian House during the World Economic Forum, Davos exhibit the exhibition of Russia War Crimes / Russian Military Crimes opened at the Ukrainian Institute of America in New York. The project, organized by the Victor Pinchuk and PinchukArtCentre Foundation in partnership with the Presidential Office of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ukrainian Institute of America, Ukraine Coalition.

Five in the morning and the Ukrainian Association of Photographers, is intended to tell the world about the horrific reality of Russian aggression against Ukraine. Video Day Exhibition is part of the world project, which aims to show the world all the extent of the atrocities that the racists have committed and executed in Ukraine. In early September, the exhibition was presented in the European Parliament in Brussels.

The opening of the exhibition was represented by world leaders, where they discussed the global influence of war on Ukraine. Speakers are the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, businessman and philanthropist Victor Pinchuk, Latvia President Egil Levitz, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal and Assistant Secretary of the US State Department for Global Community Elizabeth Kennedy Trudo. In the last few weeks, Ukrainian troops have freed most of the Kharkiv region.

The fact that they caught there was horrified the whole civilized world. During this time, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe supported the proposal to create an international tribunal that would judge Russia's political leadership. Vladimir Putin once said that he would not allow another Srebrenica in the Donbass, but remained silent about his plans for Bucha, Borodyanka, Izium, Chuguev and dozens of other places where Ukrainians were killed for being born Ukrainian.

This is genocide. There must be punishment for the senior political leadership of Russia. For many years, I participated in the creation of Babi Yar, a memorial to the victims of German atrocities committed in this place. Then the world said "never again", but we see what happens and continues to happen in Ukraine. We have to tell our history loudly to encourage the international community to support.

It is very depressed that since the exhibition in the European Parliament in Brussels only two weeks ago was committed even more horrible crimes. We have to present these crimes as they are that the international community is aware that strict sanctions and more weapons are needed to Ukraine. We hope this exhibition will help you to show what we are protecting, what we fight for.

The images presented at this exhibition are the reality of this war, and we must deal with this reality without illusions. The event is on our side, but we must convince the event of war crimes against Ukraine. That is why this exhibition is so important. We already have three international courts that have started processes against Russia, but they are focused on specific aspects of war.

There is no international court that would have a jurisdiction on a major crime - a crime of solving an aggressive war. Therefore, it is necessary to fill in the gap by creating a special international tribunal to consider this particular case. Russian War Crimes Russian War Crimes from the first day of invasion of Russia systematically and consciously commits military crimes in Ukraine. We are dealing with the genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Their goal is to destroy the Ukrainian people and their nation. We all remember Bucha and how families, young and old people were killed. Russia continues to attack civilian objects, transport units, schools and infrastructure. These crimes are committed not only by soldiers, but also by the Russian leadership, which orders orders to attack and bomb our children, our women and men, and which ignites hatred against our country and its people.

We support the creation of a special tribunal for judicial prosecution of Russian military crimes for justice to be achieved. For me, honor and privilege to see the exhibition. According to President Joe Biden at the UN General Assembly, “the people of the United States supports the people of Ukraine against the unjust Putin War. Today's exhibition not only tells the story of the stability of the Ukrainian people, but also the need to hold responsibility for committing crimes.

Open by Sunday, October 2, the exhibition includes video work of Alexei Saya, which begin with the address of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as photos of Mstislav Chernov, Philip Chung, Maxim Donidyuk, Pavel Dear, Ephraim Lukatsky, Mikhail Palinchak, Petro Sazonov, Eugene, Eugene. Also, a map of confirmed military crimes of Russia in Ukraine and audio recordings of Russian soldiers who call home and tell about the atrocities they committed.
