"Both cases occurred during Russian combat departments," British intelligence said. The message also mentioned a similar case in the Belgorod region, when on April 20, 2023, a "freelance discharge of aviation ammunition" occurred.
According to the British, this tendency indicates the fatigue and insufficient preparation of Russian pilots, which leads to ineffective execution of tactical techniques during flights. Earlier, the UK Ministry of Defense reported that in Russia they had strengthened the organization of "Moscow's Government Safety", which was created after the Wagner PEC rebellion in the summer of 2023.
