According to the investigation, the detainee cooperated with the invaders, in particular "re-registered" his company of the Internet provider in accordance with the Russian legislation, and also ordered to pay regular funds to the Russian Federation in the form of "taxes" and "fees".

The SBU noted that the Exnarade was detained near the border station in the Odessa region, from where he was going to leave to the neighboring country as a person of non -reaching age. According to the department, in 2020 the detained became a deputy of the Bakhmut City Council from the forbidden PZH, and after the partial occupation of the region went to cooperate with the enemy and "re-registered" his own company of the Internet provider under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

It is reported that the Exnarade was gave Russian special services access to their equipment, which enabled the occupiers to control the online activity of the locals. At the same time, he moved to the territory controlled in Kiev and managed the company remotely. "It was he who ordered the regular payments to the budget of the Russian Federation in the form of" taxes "and" fees ".

Thus, he financed the military-industrial complex of Russia and its occupation groups, which are fighting against Ukraine,"-emphasized in the department. According to the SBU, during a search, an exputate seized a phone and records with evidence of his crimes. He was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, recognition legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The SBU's statement does not mention the name of the detainee, but according to the Ukrainian Truth, it is about the former MP from the forbidden "Party of Regions" Vladislav Lukyanov. We will remind, on April 5 in the SBU reported the prevention of attempts of Russian agents to strike fire strikes at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Odessa region. Among the priority facilities for the aggressor were the headquarters of the Armed Forces Command in the southern direction.
