According to Ukrainian intelligence, since January 9, 2023, the border guards came from the FSB to ensure a restriction on traveling abroad of all citizens who have a conclusion about the readiness for military service of categories "A", "B" and "B". In the Russian Federation, the Border Service is part of the FSB. For the conscripts, the possibility of departure at all checkpoints in all directions is closed.
At the same time, not only the military categories "A" but also "B" - are limited to military service. The conscripts belonging to this category are freed from the conscription in peacetime, as well as from military fees and are credited to the reserve. GUR also noted that they have repeatedly reported that a new wave of mobilization is being prepared in the Russian Federation. The focus will be not on quality, but on the number of people and techniques.
It will take about 2 months for the equipment and initial preparation. We will remind, on January 10 at the GUR Ministry of Defense stated that new mobilization in the Russian Federation will not be able to stop the large -scale offensive of Ukraine. And through mobilization, the Kremlin wants to organize its offensive to occupy new territories. On January 8, Vadim Skibitsky predicted the strengthening of battles in the Zaporozhye region.
