The Ukrainian military is looking for and destroying units and weapons that the occupiers use for shelling of Nikolaev (photo: Reuters/Mykola Tymchenko) Ukrainian military continue to look for and destroy units and weapons that Russian invaders use for shelling of Nikolaev. Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of Defense of Ukraine, announced this at a briefing.

She noted that the Armed Forces continues to promote in the Nikolaev direction and possibly in the near future the Ukrainian forces will be able to push the invaders so much that it will allow to stop regular shelling of the city. “We recommend that the local population be evacuated, if there is such an opportunity, of course, because it is life conservation. If there is such an opportunity, ”Gumeniuk added.
