While Russia is running a full -scale war against Ukraine, one of its most important missile plants is expanding, bypassing international sanctions. It is a Wotkin Plant, a strategic state object that serves Russia's nuclear forces. The company hired thousands of new employees, brought new buildings and installed modern equipment for increasing missile production used for strikes in Ukraine. The plant produces intercontinental missiles.

Among them are "Yars" and "Mace", which "get" the US and probably "oreshnik", which, as the Russian propagandists write, are able to impress any point in Europe. According to Ukrainian military intelligence, Russia not only replaces missiles lost in the present war with Ukraine, but also accumulates stocks for long -term conflict. The expansion of the enterprise is despite large -scale international sanctions against the plant and the Russian rocket industry.

Journalists found that new equipment has started to receive from 2023. Supplies were made by little -known private companies from the Russian Federation, such as the "Ural Medical Company" or "Caurus Alliance". Companies from China, Taiwan and Belarus have supplied a strategic Russian missile plant to a critical production equipment through private Russian intermediaries.

These deliveries have eventually strengthened one of Russia's most dangerous military production facilities, the main source of imports was China - out of ten identified contracts eight are on the mainland of the PRC. Separate deliveries came from Taiwan and Belarus. Kyiv Independent could not find out the exact number of intercontinental missiles that are currently being manufactured at the factory.

However, journalists found that Russia has invested in this arsenal of production of intercontinental missiles. According to him, a month after the start of a full -scale war against Ukraine, on March 31, 2022 - about the time of the first defeat of Russia near Kiev - the Ministry of Defense of Russia ordered the Wotkin Plant production of details for intercontinental missiles "mace" for more than $ 13 million. The plant had to execute the contract from 2022 to 2024.

At the same time, rocket manufacturer began to recruit staff, hiring an additional 2500 employees during the first 2. 5 years of a full -scale war of Russia. The total number of employees exceeds 12,000. The search for employees is ongoing. As of May 2025, there were more than 100 vacancies at the plant, including CPC machine operators, engineers, electromechanics, milling cutters and lathes, locksmiths and other employees.
