Today, the rescue operation in Chernihiv after the rocket stroke has ended - more than forty houses and buildings were destroyed and damaged. Unfortunately, in Chernihiv he was killed. My condolences. And this is an unchanging task - to strengthen our air defense. We are now getting ready for a meeting in Ramstin: a meeting is scheduled for this week.

Dozens of partner countries, and among them are those who can increase our ability not only to protect against missiles, but also to protect against managed bombs, from Russian aviation. We will talk about it with them, we will persuade. Life needs protection here and now in Ukraine, and air defense systems have to work for this purpose. I want to thank all partners who understand it and help us with the development of the air shield.

Today, however, Syrsky's head reported in detail about our actions at the front. Hard fighting continues throughout the front line, and the hottest in the Intercession. The occupier continues to spend a frantic number of his people in the assault. And I thank each of our division, all our brigades who defend Ukrainian positions and ensure the destruction of the occupier. The head also reported on the situation in the Kursk region.

In particular, in the battles today and yesterday in the area of ​​only one village of Makhnovka in Kurshchyna, the Russian army lost to the battalion of infantry of North Korean soldiers and Russian paratroopers. And it is noticeable. In general, I would like to note for the professional and effective actions of our soldiers of special operations and the 80th separate landing brigade. We have to remember: fighting is ongoing daily, Russia takes terrorist blows daily.

Every day we must support our army, all our defense and security forces of Ukraine, to be active in relations with partners: not to lose communication and to build new ones, as well as to increase our own defense production and to attract the necessary defense assistance. Every week a new result is needed. Of course, there will be a lot of diplomacy this year, and Ukraine seeks peace for all.
