Putin agreed to meet with Zelensky: Peskov voiced the new conditions of the Kremlin

To spread: President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. For negotiations in this format, certain conditions should be met and they will not happen immediately. The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced the possibility of meeting Zelensky and Putin, wrote RIA Novosti RIA. This will happen after the "expert level preparatory work".

Peskov's statement appeared three days after the words of US President Donald Trump about two atomic submarines that went to Europe. The Kremlin's representative stressed that it should be "neat" on nuclear subjects and that the Russian Federation is careful about "non -proliferation of nuclear weapons". In addition, it turned out that the statements of the White House Head are not interpreted as "escalation": instead, it is only about "sensitive topics that perceive emotionally".
