Like, America closes its eyes to the admiration of the East of Ukraine, and Russia "gives" Tehran. In fact, it is panic, the Kremlin's attempt at least to explain to its inner consumer, why everything is being destroyed. The truth is different: after the victory of Trump, Russia did not get new opportunities, but lost its influence. Initially, Putin has lost Syria, now loses Iran - and this is already a catastrophe for the Kremlin, it is a loss of influence in the Middle East.
The loss of Tehran is not only a geopolitical failure. This is a signal around the world: Russia cannot protect even its "allies", not to mention itself! It is clear Armenia. Kazakhstan realized it. Now China understands it, and even a dull Kim is no longer sure that North Korea has set the right bet. All these "conspiracy" about Trump agreements is a lie. The reality is much more painful: the Kremlin ends with allies.
