The governor of the region Roman Bussargin stated that in Engels the windows at a local hospital and a hostel were injured, one person was injured. The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that 54 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the Saratov region. And in total, Russia and annexed Crimea were attacked by 132 UAVs. Engels allegedly evacuate residents of surrounding houses with a military airfield after the UAV attack. But only local publications report about it.
This has not been reported on official channels. Earlier, the governor stated that the training of students in Engels will be remote today. And Rosaviation reported the temporary cessation of Saratov and Samara airports. The Ukrainian media, based on geolocation data, write that there was an entry in the composition of the military airfield "Engels-2". It is reported that the sounds of explosions during the UAV attack were heard by the residents of Saratov.
