At the same time, fighting in Vovchansk - the enemy moves the streets of the city, the shooter of fighting continues. The Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko reported on May 16 that the Russians were hostage to civilian Ukrainians who were not evacuated from the streets controlled by the Russians. He urged people to leave urgently.
