He drove the invaders to the Russian Federation: the school bus driver (photo) was detained in Kharkiv region

The man, according to the investigation, repainted the yellow school bus in green and drove Russian invaders and ammunition during the battles for Kharkiv in 2022. The driver of the school bus from the village of Kozach of Lopan, Kharkiv region, after the capture of the community on February 24, 2022, offered the occupiers his assistance in the war against Ukraine. This was reported by the Press Center of the Security Service.

According to the investigation, a 59-year-old man drove the Russian military to rotation from the village, which is located 2 km from the state border to the Russian Belgorod and in the opposite direction. To do this, the suspect used a school bus that was parking in the yard of his own home. The person, according to the SBU, repainted the transport in green and painted Russian symbolism on it. He also transported weapons and ammunition for occupation groups that fought near Kharkiv.

Within half a year, running from Kharkiv region from the counter -offensive forces of defense, the Russians "confiscated" the suspect. After the de -occupation, the person involved in the neighboring village for a while, trying to avoid justice. The detained person who is in custody has already been informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (ASAGE OF THE APPROYOR). He faces up to 12 years in prison.
