"After a month of harsh fights and significant losses in Kupyansk and Liman directions, the enemy regroups his forces and means, while throwing again crews and divisions from the territory of the Russian Federation," Sirsky said. In addition, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to have a powerful fire influence with the help of artillery, as well as in hostilities, aviation is actively used.
"In such circumstances, we should promptly take all measures to strengthen our defense in threatening directions and move forward where possible," the general said. In order to solve operational problems, Sirsky met with commanders of units who are fighting on the northeast front. Measures were taken jointly during the work to strengthen the defense of the Armed Forces and the reflection of hostile attacks.
